Born Trail B.C. Canada, I received my first camera for my eight birthday. Photography was an instant hit with me.  I'd probably taken about two hundred pictures before I got my first roll of film.  Needless to say no one bought me film very often!

By the age of twelve I was living in England.  By fifteen I had left school and was serving in the Royal Navy, I went to visit this 35mm camera in the local pawn shop, every week or so, until I'd saved up enough to buy it.

At first I photographed everything, landscapes, nature, old wooden doors, whatever found it's way in front of my camera, but with the skies grey as often as not I turned to photographing people, more specifically girls.  It was a disaster.  However it made me want to learn how to take pictures that would allow me to express how these wonderful creatures made me feel!

Through countless mistakes, a few night school courses and a couple of camera clubs, I have taught myself, photography and graphic art.  I have exhibited and been published in England, Canada and even as far away as China.
